Pratham Services Fincorp LLP is offered commissions for investments made under broker code ARN-155225. Any commission receivable is also subject to claw back as per the guidelines set by the regulator, interpreted and laid down by AMCs.

In accordance with SEBI circular SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230/09 and AMFI guidelines on marketing and distribution of mutual funds, the following are the details of commissions earned by Pratham Services Fincorp LLP.

1. With effect from ______________, Pratham Services Fincorp LLP (an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-155225) has "Opted-out" / "Opted-in" for transaction charge. (Confirm your standing instruction with the AMCs and retain only the applicable option.)
2. Pratham Services Fincorp LLP (an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-155225) acts as a distributor of mutual funds, wherein we distribute schemes of various mutual fund houses. We do not act as an investment adviser and we receive no consideration from you for distribution services.
3. The initial registration date for ARN-155225 is 18 October 2018 and the current validity of the ARN is up to 10 October 2027.
4. Commission structures differ across AMCs, schemes and plans, and are revised by AMCs from time to time. The ranges above reflect the base trail applicable to Regular plans only. Direct plans carry no distributor commission.
